After diving into JavaScript, this is the first project that I undertook with the purpose of designing and coding a fully mobile-responsive and functioning BlackJack game.

One page app built using JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Flexbox) and DOM manipulation techniques.

As a member of a 3-person team, I led the development of an app that searches and returns, based on user input and server response, locations where snow is actively falling and where ski resorts have powder on the ground.

My primary responsibilities included architecting the flow of information on the app using AJAX technique and APIs like Mapbox, IpApi and the WorldWeatherOnline Api and coding the JavaScript part of the project.

I learned and implemented Mapbox and had to come up with creative solutions to overcome the limitations of the APIs.

ReadMe Book Swap is an app for book lovers and new readers alike! RMBS provides a space for connecting with readers who want to trade books with others. Offer up a book you love and share it with friends! RMBS is the tiny library on the corner in your neighborhood if it was an app! Come search and find who has a book that you would like to borrow, barter, or lend.

Authentication and authorization are done using JSON Web Tokens and Passport and acces to the app can be gained by creating a local account or using your Google account(OAuth 2.0)

The app is build around React.js/Redux on the client side and Node.js on the server side and using other libraries and modules like Bootstrap, React-Bootstrap, Express, Passport.

The database is a SQL database hosted on ElephantSQL and the database logic and data manipulation are being done using Sequelize.

Job Search Manager is a solo project where I built an app that allows the user to pull available jobs from an API and automaticaly store the data in the job applications management tool or manually enter jobs that they applied for.

The main purpose of the project was a practical approach in learning React, JSX and using the Redux state management library.

The data from the My Jobs section is stored in the browser's local storage and loaded into the application's global state when the page refreshes or loads.

• The project is deployed on AWS EC2 Elastic Computing (Ubuntu server + installed nginx used as reverse proxy and load balancer)

In this project, I put together an app that dynamically updates the DOM based on user selection and server response (API - CRUD).

The project also has a working chat function, implemented through socket.io and a feedback section connected to a JSON file on the server.

I learned Node.js and how to deploy an app on AWS EC2 Ubuntu.

The project is built using classes of heroes and villans. The game logic is made through randomization and calculations based on each character's abilities.

Through this project, I achieved a deeper understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and how to use and reuse classes and objects.
